Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales technical support for hospital biochemical instruments, including on-site installation and debugging of biochemical reagents.

2. Provide daily technical services for company products, including remotely or on-site resolving customer questions and issues related to product applications.

3. Communicate with customers, track product operation status, promptly receive customer feedback, and promptly address and resolve issues, providing suggestions for improving product quality.

4. Responsible for technical training of sales personnel, providing timely technical support and answers to sales personnel.

5. Cooperate with the company in product promotion and publicity.

6. Participate in customer research, service process improvement, and service brand building to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

7. Responsible for data statistics and report generation.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Medical Testing, or related fields.

2. Good communication skills and excellent learning ability.

3. Strong customer service awareness and teamwork spirit.

4. Prior experience in user service for in-vitro diagnostic (biochemical) companies is preferred
