Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor finished goods inventory and reasonably submit purchase requests;

2. Send the inventory table to the required personnel every day;

3. Responsible for the inspection, warehousing, and entry of electronic accounts for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products;

4. Responsible for entering sales orders, warehousing orders, and outbound orders in the Express System;

5. Responsible for filling out packaging change requests, purchase requests, and production task orders;

6. Organize department inspection, warehousing, outbound, and related documents;

7. Responsible for checking related shipping documents and reports, and printing express delivery slips;

8. Organize and archive monthly inventory data for the department;

9. Fill out monthly expiration notices and scrap application forms;

10. Coordinate departmental accounts with other departments;

11. Other temporary work assigned by the department supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficient in using Office software.

2. Understand the inventory checking process.

3. Can do accounting, detail-oriented, and reliable.

4. Those with relevant work experience are preferred.
